We offer a Free Estimate service. Once we have received your camcorder, we shall inspect it and inform you of the total cost of repair.
We recognize the fact that sending your camcorder for service to us is a chore. Hence in order to get some idea on the probable cost you may incur towards the repair, you can take advantage of our Online Free Estimate service. It is our way of meeting you half way and thanking you for giving us the opportunity to serve you.
To further complement all this, return courier is free for all domestic digital camcorders within mainland UK. Yes! There is no charge for return courier (digital models only) even if you do not wish to have your camcorder repaired. There are no hidden charges.
If you drop the unit to us personally, then you have to collect the unit as the shipping option is not available.
